Method of Payment and Cancellation Policy
20% deposit by Credit Card is required to secure a reservation.
This deposit is an acceptance of the cancellation policy stated below.

Your deposit will be refunded in full if we are notified 14 days or more prior to a scheduled trip, or 30 days or more prior to a multi-day and/or multi-guide trip. If the cancellation is within the time period for the trips described the 20% deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations on the day of a scheduled trip the full amount is non-refundable.

Weather should not be a factor in the cancellation of a trip. Hunting and fishing is an outdoor activity subject to the ever changing weather conditions of the Eastern Sierra Range. Only in the case of personal safety would a trip need canceled or rescheduled.
